The Milk & Honey Distillery Oak Aged Levantine Gin (500ml)

This is the barrel-aged expression from Levantine - it's essentially their dry gin, rested in red wine barrels for a few months in the distillery's warehouses, not far from the Mediterranean coast.

Tasting note: Brilliant gold colour. Appealing aromas of thyme, pine shoots, rosemary and peppercorns. Medium bodied, with soft, warming flavours of juniper laced honey, cinnamon and mixed herbal teas. Never too sweet, the finish is kept fresh by light pine and menthol. 46% Alc./Vol.
