The Lark numbering system comes into play in the naming of this series. It serves as a recipe language, defining the key components of each expression. No.183 was aged in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks from Seppeltsfield, then finished in ex Bourbon and American oak wine casks. The flavour profile features fragrant oak, smooth mocha, brandy snaps and fruit compote, scorched red fruit, almond fudge and rich chocolate.
