The brand famous for its rye whiskies is branching out under sub-label "The Dispensary". This addition started out as an in-house experiment, inspired by classic Italian bitters but with a local Melbourne twist. Deep citrus notes are softened with floral and fresh fruit sweetness creating a blend to be consumed in the Summer months. “You could say Rye Whiskey is our first love, but seriously, who doesn’t love a spritz in the park on a sunny Melbourne afternoon?” says Andrew Fitzgerald, Co-Founder of The Gospel. For a boozier cocktail, pair it with The Gospel Solera Rye in a Boulevardier, or add extra depth and complexity to a Negroni.
