The Gospel Bonded Australian Rye Whiskey (700ml)

The Gospel Straight Rye was the first whiskey to bring America's strict rye rules to Australia, and it went on to become the country's highest-rated whiskey, earning three gold medals at the IWSC. Six years later, they've created a rye to an even stricter American standard: one distillery, one distiller, one distilling season, bottled at 50% ABV. Matured in new American oak, sourced from a single forest, this limited edition was aged for more than four years. Sold out at the distillery, we have received a small allocation.

Notes from the producers... Bold in structure, generous in character. NOSE: Toffee apple, caraway, dark rye bread, fennel seed and creamy grain. PALATE: Pepper, chai spice, vanilla and sweet pastry richness. FINISH: Full-bodied, with a long, lingering pepper finish. Best enjoyed neat or on ice.
