Richly flavoured Sparkling Shiraz with a sturdy framework behind it.

Pours with a frothy purple tinged mousse that shows great hold over a pitch black dark purple coloured base that has a steady stream of tiny bubbles coursing through it. Intense dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas are trailed by hints of vanillin oak, blueberry and spice. Rich, concentrated flavours of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum are framed by sturdy tannins. Spicy toasted vanillin oak and earthy dark chocolate elements sit underneath. Lively acidity with a dry, slightly chalky finish.
