Strelley Farm Estate Rose Sparkling

A fluffy mousse shows good staying power over a salmon pink tinged base that’s finely threaded by a steady stream of tiny bubbles. Aromas of peach and strawberries mix with yeast lees and subtle lemon sherbet like notes. Flavours of peach, strawberry and pomegranate drive the refreshing palate with some lingering yeast lees and sherbet characters also present. Crisp acidity with a flavoursome finish.
