Salena Sparkling Shiraz

A frothy purple tinged mousse slowly subsides to reveal a dark red black tinged core that is finely threaded by a steady stream of tiny bubbles. Elevated ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas mix with toasty vanillin oak an earthy leather notes. Rich dark plum, liquorice and subtle dark chocolate flavours are full and creamy in their feel. Earthy vanillin oak and spice characters lie underneath. Finishes dry, long and lush.
