Saison Pale Rum (700ml)

'Saison Pale' marries molasses-based rums and column-distilled sugarcane-based distillates from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. The components are blended by Cognac expert, Jerome Tessendier in France. There, the rum is allowed to round off for three months in French oak barrels, adding a smooth hint of oak to the floral, fruity, and elegantly spicy spirit before bottling without added sugar. The result is a light tropical style with a little French-finesse. Enjoyable neat, though perhaps intended less as a sipper, more of a mixer that will add vibrancy to cocktails. 40% Alc./Vol.
