Aged for up to six years in ex-Bourbon barriques. Frail opening scents are semi-sweet but vague. Second pass is better defined with light banana fritter, vanilla custard and crème caramel followed by a light to medium bodied profile with vanilla and monte-carlo biscuit flavours and delicate spices at the finish. Hints of caramel and coffee-flavoured milk in the aftertaste. Lighter styled with restrained sweetness and a degree of elegance. 37.5% Alc./Vol.
