A fruity Prosecco with an airy flow and mouth watering acidity.
Pours with an exuberant mousse that gradually subsides into a very pale straw coloured base that has a fine stream of bubbles flowing through it. Aromas of pear and baked apple mix with quince and lemon sherbet notes. Amply fruited the palate features pear, baked apple and quince flavours over a lemon sherbet back drop. Airy flow with mouth watering acidity leading into a refreshing finish.
