A ruby red aperitivo made in Piedmont via a collaboration between bartender Giancarlo Mancino and his American partner, Fasel Shenstone. Botanicals include wormwood, orange peel, rhubarb, peppermint, turmeric and gentian making for a profile that is lighter than Campari, stronger than Aperol and with less sugar than Gran Classico.
