This Prosecco impersonator pours with a white creamy mousse that shows good hold with a very pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. The nose displays aromas of citrus, apple and a touch of grapefruit and confectionary. The palate delivers plenty of upfront flavour but finishes a little short with flavours of citrus, apple and sherbet. Clean very dry finish. Moderate aftertaste of citrus, cashew and sherbet.
