Tasting note: Aged for 2 to 3 years. Pale gold. Varnishy in the initial pass; 3-4 minutes of swirling and air contact releases moderate scents of apple cider, ripe pear and sweet spice. Light on entry, developing medium dry flavours of apple pie and dried pear with a flare of spirit heat; astringent and thinning out through the finish, losing definition. 40% Alc./Vol.
