Paul Louis Brut Blanc de Blancs
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes employing the traditional method of sparkling wine production including bottle fermentation. Aged for a minimum of 9 months. A frothy white mousse dissipates to reveal a pale straw colour with a very fine bead that shows excellent persistence. Citrus and pear aromas meld into some baked characters followed by subtle quince notes. On the palate pear and lemon sherbet like flavours combine over some subtle toast and lees characters. Fresh dry finish with a slight creaminess to the mid palate. Aftertaste of pear, citrus, some oily baked bread characters and lees.
