Made using 10 to 25 year old eaux-de-vie from a range of appellations, this is another superb Cognac from the Tessendier distillery. A linear, restrained style, taut and focussed featuring dried apricots, figs and nectarine in a succulent mid palate, framed by fine, cedary tannins and hints of citrus blossom. The purity and elegance are notable. For a comparison style think XOs from Pasquet, Delamain or Camus Borderies.
