Hand-selected by distillery founder, Casey Overeem, the 2025 ‘Man of Promise Reserve’ is a marriage of Bourbon and Port cask matured malts resulting in a deliciously approachable, medium-bodied whisky that's all about the finish; oak spice and vanillas peacock into a plump, port-soaked, fruit cake finale. Tasted from a 20ml sample. 46.5% Alc./Vol.
Notes from the producers... The bourbon imparts vibrant, fruit-forward notes, while the Port lends a lovely richness, resulting in a whisky of remarkable balance and sophistication, perfect for the festive season.
