The third batch of Chaos from North Star Spirits holds true to the bottling's original intent of great Islay single malts at reasonable prices. This batch combines an ex-bourbon hogshead and four ex-ruby port octaves together with a single sherry butt, all from the same distillery. Blended and bottled at 50% without chill filtration. The last batch tasted like Caol Ila. Collectors note that allocations are once again down on previous years. 1400 bottles globally.
