Nicks Secret King Valley Prosecco
Light & airy with a dry, racy finish.
Sourced from the home of Prosecco wine production in Australia, the King Valley, this is a light, zippy sparkling at the dry end of the spectrum.
Pours with an exuberant mousse that slowly fades into a water like core that has green tinged edges. The nose offers up aromas of citrus, red apple, subtle baked bread and pear. Light and airy in it’s feel with a steady stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it, citrus, green apple and pear fruits are underscored by crisp acidity. Some subtle sherbet elements also make an appearance through the dry, racy finish.

From the home of prosecco in Australia – the King Valley – comes another zippy, super-fresh aperitif style of bubbly that is well priced to boot. Combines lemon, grapefruit and apple with real sherbety fizz and acid crunch. A creamy texture across the mid-palate opens up a number of food matching possibilities.
