Using techniques from their gin-making experience, Never Never's vodka is a wheat-based spirit filtered through activated carbon for a minimum of 16 hours and enriched with olive, coconut, and avocado oils. The neutral flavoured oil distillates are blended into the filtered wheat spirit, diluted using PH adjusted water, achieved by using natural salts to create the smoothest mouthfeel possible. The resulting spirit offers suggestions of light olive, white chocolate, honeyed macadamia, coconut cream, with balanced minerality and sea salt.
