Aromas of Summer pudding follow in a tangy, lip-smacking medley of red berry, cherry slice, orange zest and warming cinnamon flavours, wrapped up in a gently bittersweet finish; ginny accents carrying the aftertaste. Drier, more tannic varietals seem to work best in these contemporary interpretations of Sloe Gin. 37.5% Alc./Vol.
