Very pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Curious bouquet offers scents of sweet oregano, thyme, basil and juniper berry. Silky entry is sweet and herbal with vanilla, becoming sweeter still at mid palate before drying with notes of aniseed, mixed herbs and gentle spices at the finish.
