A fruity commercial Prosecco with a light airy feel and dry, refreshing finish.

Pours with a frothy mousse that shows good hold over a very pale straw coloured almost water like base. An exceptionally fine bead threads it’s way through the core. Aromas of pear and apple mix with hints of quince and lemon sherbet. Fruity apple and pear flavours have a light airy feel underscored by crisp acidity. Subtle quince and lemon sherbet elements extend across the dry, refreshing finish.
