Michel Couvreur Upper Cap Blended French Whisky (700ml)

Part of Michel Couvreur’s Les Raretés collection. This cuvée represents an enhanced version of Cap a Pie. Composed primarily of Scottish grain whisky distilled in 2007 and aged in old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the blend is elevated by approximately 30% lightly peated malt distilled in 2010. Aged in Couvreur's Burgundy cellars for fifteen years and bottled in February 2026 at 47% ABV after minimal reduction and zero filtration, this whisky promises a level of concentration, richness, and persistence not normally associated with the blended category. 900 bottles were produced.
