Tasting note: [BATCH 1501] Clear with a silvery blush. Citrus accented bouquet is fresh and juicy almost completely obscuring evidence of juniper; further aeration adds lemon verbena to grapefruit / mandarin peel. A light, creamy entry preludes a vibrantly spicy, nicely poised fresh citrus / pine needle mid palate with juicy lemonade gelato on the finish; concludes peppery, super fresh, piney, dry and long.
