Tasting note: Eye catching, bright strawberry red. Very gently bittersweet with cherry juice, marzipan, herb and sweet spice aromas evident. Creamy texture shows little spirit backbone and is borderline cloying with a broad, flabby, middle weighted profile featuring marzipan, clove and vanilla flavours.
