Lost Phoenix Australian Dry Gin (700ml)

Produced at Cut Hill Distillery, located in South Australia's Hindmarsh Valley, otherwise known for their whiskies. The 'Lost Phoenix' series is a second label that features experimental takes on traditional spirits. Their gin uses a grain spirit base and native botanicals such as lemon myrtle, mountain pepperberry and pink peppercorns picked from the property. The producers describe it as a classic dry style with juniper at the forefront and layers of citrus slowly creeping through with hints of herbaceous peppery notes. You'll also get grapefruit, lemon myrtle, eucalyptus and a lingering richness from the grain base. Recommended with tonic and a dash of soda, plenty of ice and a generous wedge of your favourite citrus. 40% Alc./Vol.
