An antique Spanish Oloroso barrel has been used for full maturation here. The dry, oxidatively aged sherry results in a darker, richer, and nuttier wine compared to other sherries, bestowing some of that goodness to the final whisky. 50% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... It's textured and mouth-coating with bold notes of dried fruits, plum jam, and sweet cherries in syrup. Mid-palate reveals deeper tones of bittersweet dark chocolate, espresso, and walnuts, all wrapped in velvety tannins from the oak. There’s a refined dryness that keeps the richness in balance, evoking old sherry bodegas and seasoned wood that’s smoother than a jazz sax solo.
