(2025 vintage tasted) Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle green tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach, tropical fruit and gentle honeycomb scents mix with some nougat and spice notes. Full, supple and well rounded, fleshy peach and juicy apricot fruits meld into a honeycomb, crème brulee and spicy nougat back drop. Mild acidity with a long, creamy textured finish.
