This sparkling is produced from Chenin Blanc and is given a minimum 9 months ageing on it’s lees. Good creamy white mousse with fine persistent bead. Pale straw colour base wine. Delicate aromas of baked apple, grapefruit and citrus. Flavours of baked apple and grapefruit followed by some baked bread characters. Clean dry finish with creamy texture. Aftertaste of bread and baked apple.
