A vibrant, breezy Sparkling Rose with a dry, elegant finish.
Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Pinot Noir. A buoyant mousse sits atop a very pale salmon pink tinged base that’s threaded by a steady stream of bubbles. Aromas of strawberry, pear and lees sail through the nostrils with some chalky mineral notes also evident. Possessing a breezy feel, the vibrant palate features raspberry and strawberry fruits over peach and chalky mineral characters. Crisp acidity with a very dry and elegant finish.
