La Vieille Ferme Sparkling Blanc

A crisp, refreshing commercial Sparkling with a dry, slightly chalky finish.

Made from Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc grapes. A fluffy mousse subsides into a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges. Very fine, persistent bead with the nose emitting aromas of pear, apple, subtle lees and citrus notes. Crisp and refreshing, the palate features green apple, peach and citrus fruits over a sherbet back drop. Dry, slightly chalky finish with energetic acidity.
