Bright, complex, expressive aromas of semi-ripe cherries, fruit mince pie and white pepper developing over 3-4 minutes with suggestions of sour dough, grilled pineapple, pickle and more. Full bodied, with a spicy-fruity attack and a grapey burst. Finishes creamy, vivacious, with the fruit-slice and raisiny / waxy notes lingering. Great balance and length. Outstanding. 48% Alc./Vol.
