Cooking apple, banana skin, zested lime, ripe apricot, beautiful florals, caramel, and fine spices on the nose. Light apricot fruitiness in the mouth, with toffee, green apple, honey, nuttiness, and candied ginger, with hints of cracked black pepper and fresh oak heralding a spicy finish.
