Imbue Distillery Angel's Share Bourbon Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

Aged for three years in a Rye Solera barrel previously filled with Bourbon. Initially reticent aromas evoke green wood with air contact accenting dried banana and poached pear. Young yet tasty and very approachable, the palate leads with a soft, creamy entry where muesli bar and stone fruit flavours are complemented by orange spice cake and milk chocolate. Hints of cinnamon, vanilla and juicy fruit chewing gum enter through the finish. 43.5% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... Nose: Banana, eucalyptus, leather polish, light caramel. Palate: Green orchard fruits, pinch of black pepper, passionfruit acidity. Finish: A just sweet vanilla custard with long, lingering spice.
