Made from 100% Chardonnay with 3 years on lees. A buoyant mousse overlays a pale straw coloured base with pale gold tinged edges that’s finely threaded by a very persistent bead. Pronounced citrus, yeast lees and toast aromas are married to brioche and roast almond like notes. Racy, tense and sculptured the vibrant palate features citrus and pear fruits over a dry chalky back drop of delicate baked bread, yeast lees and almonds. Crip acidity leading into a stimulating finish.
