Nowadays, Kilkerran's annual Heavily Peated release is as close as many will come to the taste of Longrow. This is the seventh instalment in the "Peat in Progress" series which sees the Bourbon barrel ratio raised 10% on last year's, with the remainder (15%) drawn from sherry casks. It also lands with a slightly higher ABV. Expect big flavours of pepper and peat in equal measure. 59.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. Very limited stocks. *All Kilkerran whiskies now arrive without presentation tubes or boxes.
