Glenfiddich's partnership with the British racing legend continues. The first in the series was a 16-Year-Old aged in American oak wine casks and Bourbon casks. The second is a contrast: a 19-year-old matured in American and European oak, with a unique inclusion of Montilla wine casks. Sourced from sherry country in Southern Spain, the key difference here is that unlike Sherry, Montilla wines are not typically fortified. They tend to be more fruit-forward and richer in texture. Glenfiddich's fruity, floral and honeyed distillate and the heavier, richness of the wine casks make for a harmonious pairing.
