Gabriel Boudier Liqueur de Poire (Pear) Liqueur (700ml)

Gabriel Boudier's experience as both a liquorist and distiller are called upon to create this iconic liqueur. A part of the pear is distilled in order to obtain the most volatile aromas. The other part of the William Pear is cut in two, the wood and the seeds removed, and the flesh macerated for five weeks in alcohol to extract the natural character of the fruit. The process is followed by a sweetening. This fragrant liqueur makes an excellent digestif when served chilled, pairs beautifully with gin or vodka in a fruity spritz or Pear Tonic, and elevates desserts like a pear tart or Poire Belle-Hélène. 30% Alc./Vol.
