Gabriel Boudier Liqueur de Poire (Pear) Liqueur (700ml)

Gabriel Boudier's experience as both a liquorist and distiller are called upon to create this iconic liqueur. A part of the pear is distilled in order to obtain the most volatile aromas. The other part of the William Pear is cut in two, the wood and the seeds removed, and the flesh macerated for five weeks in alcohol. The process is followed by a sweetening. This fragrant liqueur offers up the natural scent of very ripe orchard fruit, taking an even sweeter turn on the palate where sugar-drizzled poached pears lead into fruit confectionery. Pair it with gin or vodka in a fruity spritz, or use it to elevate desserts like a pear tart or Poire Belle-Hélène. 30% Alc./Vol.
