Tasting note: Polished copper colour. Greater emphasis on dried fruits than its sibling; sweeter too, reminiscent of dried figs, dates and light beeswax. Later inhalations find hints of vanilla and cocoa in the mix. Soft mouthfeel combines with a delicious profile not unlike buttered raisin toast or fruit bread. Closes medium long with subdued vanilla and dried fruit notes in the aftertaste. A flavoursome and appealingly textural Eau de Vie. 43% Alc./Vol.
