Generally considered one of Gabriel Boudier's classics, this liqueur captures the finesse and sweetness of the fruit, along with slightly musky notes typical of blackberries. Pouring almost as thick as Boudier's stunning Cassis, this is not quite as expressive on the nose but boasts good concentration; Sweet and juicy without becoming jammy, a thread of acid and warming alcohol bringing structure to the medium long finish.
