Ingredients include flowering kunzea, native rosemary, wild fennel and traditional gin botanicals. Creamy nose feel, suggests elderflower, citrus oils and juniper over early-root-like notes, lifted by white pepper and cardamom. Rounded, soft texture; impressive body with medium-dry flavours laced with pepper, citrus and herbal character. Finish sees a subtle anise freshness alongside juniper. Ends spicy, cleansing, minerally and wonderfully dry. Offers something different in a crowded category while remaining distinctively ‘ginny’ - which is no mean feat. 42% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... An excellent, well-considered use of botanicals, this gin presents cohesion between the aroma and palate. The somewhat restrained ABV is well-integrated and pleasant, allowing each flavour's nuance to be showcased and come through. This gin has two schools of flavour: the coastal, summer sea breeze quality and a warmer baked citrus quality. Both work in tandem to build an interesting, engaging and versatile spirit. These elements are not always harmonious.
