This is a very appealing Methode Champenoise from Spain. Bright straw colour with very good mousse. Medium sized bead with aromas of green apple, confectionary and yeast. Creamy palate texture with apple flavours dominant with just a touch of spice. Clean finish with lingering green apple aftertaste. Drink!

Deep straw colour with fine bead, typical Cava nose of high toast. Some tasters experience the burnt rubber sensation, although the burnt rubber character is somewhat of a detracting descriptor used by competitors wishing to play down the Cava popularity. Broad, dry palate with strong toasted characters with creamy texture. Strong toasted aftertaste.
