Other reviews... Pours a clear bright gold. Sweetish note of ripe red apples, apple juice. Medium body and lively carbonation. Initially sweet taste of candy apples, with moderate acidity; soon to be replaced with a strong tannic bite of apple skins and cores. Finish is sweetish again, but of fainter apples, before another bout of tannins hit in the aftertaste, combined with apples and orchard leaves.
