This family cidery was established in 1943 and is now run by third generation family members. Using organically grown, fresh local apples, their 'Dry' style is described as having a nice roundness, nice acidity and slight bitterness. Refreshing on its own or match it with savoury dishes such as meats and savoury pancakes.
