Flor de Cana Centenario 19 Year Old Rum (700ml)

Flor de Caña Centenario 19 Year Old is an additive-free, carbon-neutral, and fair-trade-certified premium release that was originally introduced as a travel retail and duty-free exclusive. It's aged in small x-bourbon barrels near the base of the San Cristóbal volcano and bottled at a higher than usual proof. We're told that, like other expressions in the Flor de Caña line-up, the 19-year is known for being a drier, more wood-forward rum rather than a heavily sweetened or dosed dessert rum. Expect notes of mangoes, bananas, guava and pineapple, alongside brown sugar, rich dark oak, cinnamon, tobacco, buttered fruit toast, vanilla fudge, creamy coffee, milk chocolate, leather, cloves and allspice. 45% Alc./Vol.
