Continuing their exploration of rum terroirs, Drouin's Calvados Experiment #13 makes a stop in Jamaica. Finished for five months in casks that previously held high-ester Clarendon rum, it's a limited edition of 1788 bottles. The result is a brandy with notes of ripe apple, pear compote, tropical fruits, honey, toffee, and the funky, pungent molasses character typical of Clarendon. 47.5% Alc./Vol.
