Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Sweet with honeyed barley, candied peels and toasted nuts. Palate: Sugar with citrus zest, ripe peaches and a touch of spice. Finish: Cut grass and a herbal character, a gristy quality with coconut flakes and brown sugar.
