Produced from estate-grown 8-10 year old 100% blue agaves and double distilled.

Tasting note: Pale straw gold colour is wine-like in the glass. Greets the nose with attractive scents of pencil shaving, green olive and candle wax. Several minutes later finds peppercorn and dill pickle in the mix. Excellent purity. Entry offers dilute brine and green olive flavours, building momentum as the peppers double by mid palate which turns grassy / vegetal / resiny and is almost overwhelmed by the salt and pepper surge. Solid length. Spiced up reposado but in a good way. 40% Alc./Vol.
