Dingle Small Batch Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (700ml)

Triple distilled from a mash bill of 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, Dingle’s 'pot still' release is matured in Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez Sherry and red wine casks. Bottled at a characterful strength of 46.5% ABV, the whiskey was awarded a Gold Medal at the Irish Whiskey Masters.

Notes from the producers... Nose: Gentle baking spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. Palate: Velvety notes of cooked dark fruits, brown sugar, and spiced stewed apples. Finish: Classic pot still spices evolving into toasted oak, soft honey and lingering note of nutmeg.
