A crisp, refreshing Champagne that has a dry, finely sculptured finish.
A well formed mousse slowly dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges and a fine nimble bead. Pear, yeast lees and red apple skin aromas drift from the glass followed by some oily baked bread notes. Refreshing pear and citrus fruits drive the mouth watering palate over a back drop of yeast lees, baked bread and a chalky minerality. Crisp acidity with a dry, finely sculptured finish.
